We do not charge our customers with any additional fees or taxes. However, you may still have to pay the following ones:

- Bank transfer charges;

- PayPal recharging fees;

- Customs and import duties;

- VAT; 

Below please find some of the most common reasons for this type of situation:

- The full name and shipping address of your PayPal account do not match the details you entered for this order. We have tried to contact you but have not received your response within a reasonable period of time. For this reason, we may have canceled your order.


- One or more of the products contained in your order were out of stock. If we do not receive a response from you within 5 days after contacting you for the first time, we will send you a refund of your purchase.

We only accept cash on delivery (COD) payments for orders shipped to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates,Kuwait,Oman,Bahrain,Thailand,Singapore,Malaysia,Philippines and Indonesia.

However, there is a wide selection of payment methods available on our website. We hope you will find an option which is also convenient for you.

Items You Are Not Satisfied With

If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem. We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund the amount you paid. You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 90 days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. You can check our Return policy for your convenience. We encourage you to contac Customer Service at +47-467-9243 or email us before returning a product that is used so we can provide you with the best service.

If your order is shipped with Air Mail Register, its tracking information should be updated 3-7 days after its shipment. If the shipping method you selected is DHL or other express services, you should be able to track your order 2-3 days after its shipment. Please rest assured that a delayed update on the tracking of your order does not usually affect its delivery.

For Delivery time, 

you will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

 

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

 

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Below are some suggestions:
- Check the status of your order;
- If it can be tracked, calculate the number of business days between its shipment date and the current day. Business days refer to the period of time between Monday and Friday and do not include national holidays or weekends;

- If its estimated delivery time has not passed yet, please wait for some other days. If you have not received your parcel during this period of time, you can confirm that the shipping address is correct;


If there are no problems with your address, the delivery of your order may have been delayed by slow Customs, logistics or postal clearance procedures.

If you require any further assistance or if your order is nowhere to be found, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange a refund or a reshipment.

The delivery charge is based on the subtotal of the item(s) in your basket before discounts and delivery pricing is applied to your order. Here you will see a breakdown of delivery costs

The payment methods accepted on the website are credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) or PayPal.

Your card will be debited on the shipping date.
You cannot pay for your order in instalments.

Every time you order, we will offer to save your card details. This will save you time the next time you order. You will only need to enter the cryptogram on the back of your card to confirm the payment. It will be deleted after every order and you will be asked to re-enter it every time you order. 

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
